Frame Running
Give Frame Running a try at the Expo, it’s a sport that uses a three-wheeled ‘bike’ frame to support the bodyweight of a person who has a gait impairment, allowing them to propel themselves forward and move at quick pace.
Frame Running is suitable for individuals with mobility or gait impairments (such as Cerebral Palsy (GMFCS 3-5), Muscular Dystrophy Spinal Muscular Atrophy, as examples). It is a fantastic way for individuals to improve their cardiorespiratory fitness, lower limb strength and provide the freedom of movement that may never been achievable.

Soccer & Pickleball presented by One Culture Support Services
Come and try Pickleball and Soccer with One Culture Support Services.
Sport is a great tool for improved health and well-being, gross motor skills, social inclusion, self-confidence and self-esteem.
One Culture Support Services helps engage people living with disabilities or health conditions in regular sporting programs and one-on-one practices, because sport should be available for all abilities.
Our programs run throughout the school terms, all throughout the year. At the end of term we run Inclusive Championships in which we bring all of our sport programs together for a great day of fun.
Don't let your disability hold you back - get involved and see for yourself the benefits of participating in inclusive sports programs, where all costs are covered by your NDIS funding!

Wheelchair Football
